The headquarters of Allied Rongda Enterprise group is located in Huairou district, Beijing. The current production technology of large crystalline fused magnesia is the smelting method introduced from the former Soviet Union 50 years ago, which has been used until now. Although there have been continuous research and improvement, it has never been able to break through. Its characteristics are high energy consumption, high safety hazards, low efficiency, and high carbon emissions.
Since Allied Rongda Magnesium Industry establishment in Xiuyan at 2018, Hengrui Magnesium Industry has been committed to breakthroughs and innovations in the smelting technology of large crystalline fused magnesia. With the support of technology and funding from Beijing Allied Rongda, it has achieved a new breakthrough in the smelting technology of large crystalline fused magnesia. The intelligence of the control system during the smelting process and the digitization of the sintering process have been achieved, truly freeing workers from heavy physical labor and achieving the miracle of being able to produce while sitting in the office. Our smelting technology has obtained 20 patents, including 3 invention patents. Our smelting technology has been rated as internationally leading by the China Refractory Materials Industry Association.
The company has won the first prize of the "Industry Key Common Technology Innovation Award" and the "Industry Green Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark Enterprise Award" for its excellent contribution to the "Direct Electric Melting Suspension Light Burning Powder Production Large Crystallization Process Technology and Application" by the China Refractory Materials Association. It has been awarded the title of Liaoning Province High tech Enterprise. The company has been included in the Liaoning Province Technology Recommendation List. In 2022, the company received special rewards for the four reforms from the city and county governments. We are addressing the comprehensive utilization of carbon emissions during the smelting process of large crystalline fused magnesium.
